Meet us in Bréhémont, on the banks of the Loire, opposite the restaurant "La Cabane à Matelots". Romain GADAIS, a professional Loire fisherman since 2014, will talk about his fishing methods and show you around the laboratories where his fish are processed. Then enjoy a gourmet interlude around Loire fish with Chef Ambroise Voreux, best known from the TV show "Top Chef", at the restaurant "La Cabane à Matelots".
