Liberation Weekend with a ceremony to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the city's liberation. Exhibition: Immersion in Chinon from 1939 to 1945. This highlight is combined with the Marché à l'Ancienne, with stalls and a parade of vintage vehicles and decorated floats on Saturday morning. On Saturday evening, the Big Band Mamz'Elle Bee and its 12 musicians will perform a ball (covering the standards of the stars who sang for the troops during the Second World War).
