For the past 25 years, the Mariska Val de Loire company has been making young audiences aware of the importance of reading and rewriting original works to create string puppet shows. Charles Perrault's fairy tale will be adapted to humanize the central character, Puss in Boots. The aim is to make him less manipulative and less self-interested, and to bring him closer to nobler, more human notions.
